Introduction

 

Paradigm updated their proposal for the Davies Property on/about April 18, 2025.  This web site, which provides a neighborhood perspective on the proposal, has been updated based on the new submission.  Changes are highlighted in red text.

 

The next step is for City Staff to review the revised proposal and then for the Board of Architectural Review (BAR), the Planning Commission, and City Council to decide if they need to conduct additional work sessions or if City Council can move directly to a public hearing and vote on the proposal.
